If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period runs 14 days from the day you receive the goods, or from the order date for items not yet shipped.

If you withdraw, we'll refund your payment, including standard delivery, within 14 days of being informed. You pay the cost of returning the goods to us.
